In most cases orders to be delivered in the Adelaide metropolitan area will be dispatched from our warehouse same day if the order is placed before 11am.

We can ship goods anywhere in Australia.

Goods being shipped to a destination outside the Adelaide Metropolitan area are generally dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Delivery of items can vary due to location. Delivery to most major cities will take 1-2 working days, delivery outside of these areas can take 3-8 working days.

 

You may return (at your cost) most new, unopened items within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three (3) weeks of returning your goods, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We recommend you return your parcel with a company that offers tracking as we are unable to refund for goods which are lost in transit.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. Please Note Special Buyins cannot be returned, warranty claims are excepted.

If you need to return an item, simply contact us for a RA request form. We'll notify you via e-mail once your credit has been issued.
